Is an Artist, Actor, Writer, and Musician. Inspired by life experiences and his American Indian heritage, shares his talent with the attitude, life is anything you want it to be. Share the laughter, which surrounds us daily with everyone you meet.

At the age of eight years old he studied Okinawan Kempo and Aikido Martial Arts with two black belts, inspired by his Uncle Jessie a U.S Army Vietnam Veteran. Teenage years were busy working construction with uncles, garage band drummer, playing football, baseball and soccer was fun, but sailing catamarans and working at the beach rental was natural, since his Father was a Captain of offshore boats and his first instructor of water survival. Wanting to spend time with his Father, Chato worked offshore construction and was crewmember on his father’s boat.

Working in the Gulf of Mexico off the Louisiana coast he assisted in saving a construction worker who fell off the platform. The owner of the company Mr. Johnson, a former U.S Navy UDT WWII veteran, told him to take his talents to the Navy. In 1988 he joined the U.S Navy and was Honorably Discharged in 1998 from an injury. His tenure included SEAL Special Boats and Physical Security Boats, attended BUD’s, CBR, and Harbor Security schools. He enjoys spending time with his Navy SEAL and Special Forces warrior brothers who are a best friend and never give up.

His college education includes Honors in Art and Music, The 2002 Rosa Parks Institute Scholarship Award in Music, and two first place Intercollegiate sculpture awards in Southern California competitions. As a member of Screen Actors Guild he worked on TV shows such as, The Invisible Man, the Chronicle, and Veronica Mars.

He currently lives in Sunny! San Diego, California close to Balboa Park, with his Dogs. Moved by nature and his Apache heritage, performing is spiritual, and his flutes are considered religious instruments. Passing traditions is a way of life. His talents are expressed artistically, when sculpting, painting, carving knives, sharing his music, and creating handcrafted jewelry, custom furniture and custom home interiors.
